  1. Your order will come with a return label with fully paid postage
  2. Remove or cover old shipping label
  3. Put the label on the shipping box
  4. Send it from your local DHL Service Point or arrange pick up at:

  5. Lost the return label? No problem! Contact our customer service (webshop@seeland.com) and they will send you a new one

OUTSIDE OF EU

  1. Inside your package, you will find a sheet with detailed instructions
  2. Follow the instructions to return the item
  3. Lost the document? No problem! Simply contact our customer service (webshop@seeland.com) with your order number and describe which item you want to return
