Returns and claims
For a fast and easy return/claim process, you will have to register your return online through our return flow below.
Simply complete each step of the flow – then you will be ready to send your item(s) back to us, with the return label you’re getting at the end of the flow. Print it, stick it to the pack, and deliver it at your local DHL access point.
How do I make a return?
You can return your purchase or parts of it for up to 90 days after you have received your shipment. To make a return, click here and create your return. You will need your order number and your order confirmation e-mail (the receipt you got when you made the order). Once your return has been created, a return label will be sent to you by e-mail. You must print this return label and attach it to your parcel.
I have regretted my order and wish to return it.
If you regret your order, please proceed your return by following the return flow above. It will provide you/us with the necessary information to handle your return, and also give you a shipping label.
Can I try the products on, and then return them afterwards?
You can surely try your clothes on. However, if you intend to return your item(s), it is important that you do not remove any hangtags as well as keeping all original packaging on the product.
Are you offering free returns?
Yes! We are offering free returns on ALL orders within our 90 days return policy. To claim your free return, please follow the return flow above which will end up with providing you a return label – print it, stick it to the pack, and ship it through you local DHL access point.
When will I get my money back?
We are always striving to handle returns as fast as possible, so usually you will get your money back within a 3-5 (bank) days after receival of the returned items. We promise that you will always have your money returned within 14 days upon receival!
Can I cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the parcel?
No, it is not possible to refuse the package when delivered to you, unless you have been in contact with our customer service, and we have agreed upon.
Where will my money be refunded to?
Your money will always be transferred back to the account used to make the purchase. This is to prevent fraud, and to make sure the money gets back into the right hands. If your account is closed, please contact Webshop@seeland.com. If you bought an item with a gift card, then follow the flow, and message sales support afterwards.
Can I return items bought on sale?
Sure! Items bought on sale are covered by the same return rules as every other product sold on our website.

Can I make a claim here, on an item I bought through a retail store?
Sorry! We do not handle claims on products bought via. Retail stores. Please first try to contact the retail store where you made the purchase to make a claim.
Who pays the return freight when I make a claim?
If the item broke within the standard 2 year right of complaints, we will pay the freight. Proceed your claim by following the return flow on top of this page.
Who can I contact to get assistance?
Claims on orders made before 01/09-2022
All orders made through our website before September 1st 2022 will have to be dealt with manually via our customer service. Please contact email@example.com to make a claim on these. Please include your order number as well as a description of what is wrong with the product(s), and attach a picture as well as a proof of purchase.
